We've added support for the Mattermost channel, enabled copying user contact details, improved the display of system notes and emojis, and fixed issues related to attachments, macros, and email addresses.

Improvements

1. Added support for Mattermost channel

You can now handle chats from this channel in the iOS app as well.

2. Ability to copy a user’s contact details

By long-pressing an email address, phone number, or social media username in user contact details, you can copy it to the clipboard using the native iOS "Copy" option.

Fixed bugs

  • Attachments weren't being added when using macros;
  • Notes by Deskie and AI service error notes were displayed incorrectly;
  • The app would freeze after applying a macro and then returning to the chat list;
  • It was not possible to send a reply consisting only of an attachment in an inactive chat;
  • The email address selected in the "Reply from address" field while composing a reply was not applied;
  • The default email address for sending replies set in the agent's settings was ignored;
  • The app would sometimes crash when attempting to download an attachment;
  • It was possible to change the case status in an active custom channel chat;
  • An extra case status change occurred when an agent replied;
  • Emojis were displayed as plain text codes;
  • While scrolling through a chat with attachments, the attachment background, title color, and icons would change, and the file size would disappear.
